Biggs’ went in for his first visit today and I have never had a vet as personable and knowledgeable as Dr Robb. When he walked into the room, he sat on the ground with Biggs’ and was playing/petting him the entire time he was talking to us. He took his time explaining everything, making sure we were comfortable and answered any questions we had.
